By installing or using Lumena AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be 13 years or older. Use by minors is subject to local law and guardian permission.
To use core features (image generation), you must authenticate with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Lumena AI allows you to use prompts to generate images via AI. You may save or share the images you generate.
Premium access is provided through in-app purchases via Google Play.
Your payment methods and billing are handled by Google; we do not store payment credentials.
You agree not to:
Prompt hacking or attempts to bypass restrictions may lead to suspension.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Accounts and associated data may be removed; Google identifiers may be blacklisted.
You are responsible for the content you generate. We provide the App "as is" and do not guarantee specific results.
All content in the App is owned by the App publisher or licensors. You retain rights to the images you generate, subject to these Terms.
We disclaim all implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by Belgian and EU law (since the owner is based in Belgium). Any disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts.
We may revise these Terms. Updated terms will be posted in the App and take effect on publication.
